Sights of Moscow


Moscow has numerous sights, which are very popular among tourists who travel to Russia. Some of the sights have a worldwide fame, among them are the Kremlin, the Red Square, the Bolshoi Theater, the Tretyakov Gallery, the Cathedral of Christ the Savior and many others.

The Kremlin and the Red Square are the most popular sights in Moscow. The Kremlin is one of the oldest structures in Moscow, it dates back to the 12th century. It has numerous churches and palaces inside. Right by it is located the famous and very best hotel of Moscow that also offeres great and most expensive Moscow hotel rooms.

The Red Square is the oldest square in Moscow. Some of the Moscow’s famous landmarks are located there, such as the Lenin’s Mausoleum and St. Basil’s Cathedral. The Red Square is the main meeting place of Muscovites.

The Cathedral of Christ the Savior is one of the most magnificent constructions in the city. It was rebuilt anew in 1994, as it was demolished during the times of Bolsheviks. This church is regarded as a symbol of Russia’s spiritual revival.

There are many other popular sights in Moscow, which are worth visiting and spending an unforgettable time. Moscow travel would not leave any tourist agnostic.
